Rob MacLane

Rob is a 5th generation Atlantan, a graduate of Marist High School and The University of Georgia Terry College of Business. Rob got his start in workforce solutions at Insight Global in 2002 where he was the 20th employee, and while there the company grew from 2 offices to over 15 and from $10 million in annual revenue to $100 million in annual revenue. Rob then made his move to The Intersect Group in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager and the 4th employee overall. He was charged with growing the Atlanta market through direct sales, leadership, and building out a team of successful recruiters and account managers—which is exactly what he did. His third step in the technology world landed him at 3Ci in 2014 as the Senior Vice President, Business Development before he was named the President of 3Ci upon the transition of ownership in 2015. Since his time at 3Ci, Rob was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the 40 under 40 Atlantans who made significant career achievements while also demonstrating social responsibility. When not at work, Rob is highly involved in his community as the Church Council Chair at North Decatur United Methodist church and actively supports their ministries. Rob is also a member and corporate sponsor of High Tech Ministries, TAG, Tech Bridge and Women in Technology. Rob’s servant leadership mindset goes far beyond the 9-5! Outside of an extensive involvement in our community, Rob is a stand-up husband to his wife Blaire, and father to their two children, Maxwell and Ela Faye.
